- 1 tbsp fresh ginger
- 1/2 banana (frozen works best)
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 1/2 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
- 3/4 cup ice cubes
- 20mg of CBD
