Healthy Breakfast Smoothie

With endless ingredients that provide many health benefits, this sweet-tasting green smoothie is the perfect smoothie for breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups kale (leaves, no stems)
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen mango chunks
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1–2 dates
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup coconut water
  • 20mg of CBD

Instructions

  1. In a blender, add in all the ingredients and blend for 2-3 minutes or until all the ingredients are well combined.
  2. If necessary add in more water to thin the smoothie and blend again until smooth.
  3. Pour the smoothie to the serving glasses, garnish with more chia seeds if desired and enjoy immediately.

Vanilla Cake Batter Smoothie

The Vanilla Cake Batter Smoothie is a low-carb smoothie to make for those that have a sweet tooth. (Don’t we all?)

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium banana or 1 cup sliced
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla Almond milk or alternative milk
  • ½ each avocado black skin
  • 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract plus a few extra drops
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder or preferred vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup fresh baby spinach (optional)
  • 20mg of CBD

Note: If the consistency is too thick, add up to 1/2 cup more milk.

Healthy Mint Chocolate Smoothie

This is a healthy mint chocolate smoothie that provides a refreshing and delicious taste.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 10 raw cashews
  • 12 mint leaves
  • 2–3 large ice cubes
  • 1–2 cups baby spinach (loosely packed)
  • cacao nibs for garnish
  • 20mg of CBD

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until completely smooth.

Optional: Soak cashews in cold water for 15-20 minutes. Rinse, drain and proceed with recipe. *Note, I usually skip this step, but if your blender is particularly old then you may want to soak to ensure that you have a smooth smoothie.
